The products are made by hand. I try to make the photo in the online store match the product as best as possible, but certain deviations are still possible. If you think the product deviates too much from your expectations, you can let me know and return it within fourteen days. I will refund your purchase.

I'm so sorry to hear that! Please write to me at info@aleya-design.com and tell me everything about it. The more details you provide, the better. Please take a photo of the damaged item and attach the photo to your email. If the box your item is in is also damaged, please take a photo of it and send me a picture. Don't forget to include the order number. Once I receive your email address, I will send all your documentation to the post office. After the compensation is resolved, I will refund your money (excluding postage) or send you a new product.
You do not need to send the product back.
