SENDING

Delivery is available worldwide via Pošta Slovenije. At your request, we also use DHL Express for fast shipping, for which an additional payment is required.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Your items will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of completing the order, unless notified otherwise.

 

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times vary by country. If you order from Slovenia, it usually takes 2 working days from sending the package to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within Europe, it takes about 3-5 business days for your order to arrive, and for the rest of the world, it takes 1-4 weeks.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the package. When you add your products to the cart and proceed with the checkout, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on these two variables.

 

Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not currently offer free shipping, but be aware of any special offers that may include this option.

 

Can I pick up the products myself? Yes! If you are nearby, you can place your order online and pick it up yourself at Aleya design studio, Cesta borcev 7, 1235 Radomlje. However, you can make a purchase in the studio by prior arrangement.

Can I cancel an order?

If you have not yet completed your order, you can cancel it at any time by simply removing the selected products from the cart. If you have already completed the order and want to cancel it, send us an e-mail to andreja.krizman@gmail.com immediately! If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund you. If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, you will need to wait for your order to arrive, and then send it back at your own expense. The return address is: ANDREJA KRIŽMAN, Cesta borcev 7, 1235 Radomlje, Slovenia. We will refund your money to your account within 2 weeks (excluding shipping costs) when the items are returned undamaged to our studio. If items arrive damaged, you are not entitled to a refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

My order has arrived, but it is not what I expected. Can I return it? In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you can return the received order without justification and additional costs. If you do not like the products you have ordered and received, you can send them back to me. Please send me an email at andreja.krizman@gmail.com and let me know first. You will have to arrange the postage yourself and pay for it as well. When I receive the items back, I will refund you the money but not the shipping cost. Return items to the address: ANDREJA KRIŽMAN, Cesta borcev 7, 1235 Radomlje, Slovenia. Products must be unused and returned in the original packaging, recommended and without redemption. If items are returned to the studio damaged, or if you have already used them, you are not entitled to a refund.

I received a damaged item. What to do?

I am so sorry to hear that! Please send me an email at andreja.krizman@gmail.com and tell me all about it. The more details you provide me, the better. Please take a photo of the damaged item and attach it to your email. If the box containing your item is also damaged, take a photo of it and send it to me. Please do not forget to include the order number. When I receive your email address, we will offer you a new item within 2 weeks or refund you (no shipping costs).

You do not need to send the item back.

I received the order, but the items are not the same as the ones I ordered.

The products are made by hand. I try to make the photo in the online store match the product as well as possible, but certain differences are still possible. If you feel that the product deviates too much from your expectations, you can let me know and return it within fourteen days. I will refund your purchase price.

I received my order, but would like to exchange some items.
