Individual empowerment and group dynamics are crucial for successful cooperation, which makes this workshop a very special experience for successful group functioning.
Clay is a natural material that brings life out of us. When we touch it, we feel a connection with nature, ground ourselves and perceive the moment in its entirety. It is an excellent means of releasing tension and eliminating stress.
Through clay we communicate non-verbally and express ourselves through creation.
In this experience with clay, we strengthen the individual and his unique potential, which we combine with the other members of the group into a creative and productive whole.
The program is designed to strengthen self-care and mindfulness through the exploration of creativity, teamwork, calm problem solving and easier coping with life's challenges. It improves communication and encourages expression and acceptance of individuality.
Creativity, however, definitely strengthens the awakening of new and innovative ideas.

EMPOWERMENT
We say that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
Working with clay awakens the authenticity of the individual and strengthens his qualities, thereby greatly influencing his self-confidence, contribution to the group and, consequently, overall performance.
CLAY AND CREATIVE THINKING
There are no mistakes in the artistic process, no right or wrong. Participants are encouraged to deal with the unexpected by thinking in new ways and to see positive consequences.
The skills needed for three-dimensional construction and manual skills allow for broader thinking and learning. Clay helps to explore this new dimension.
EXPERIENCE AND COOPERATION
Participants work together to create a collective work of clay. Everyone works with a common purpose, everyone contributes with their creativity and the work of their hands to achieve the result.
RESPECT
The workshops encourage mutual respect for ideas and work. New abilities are discovered and new ways of thinking are revealed. Participants develop a deeper understanding and respect for their colleagues, who see them in a new light, and create positive relationships that benefit them in the workplace.
STORYTELLING AND COMMUNICATION
Recognizing one's own potential helps to express creative ideas. The collaborative nature of the workshop encourages participants to constantly communicate with each other, encourage each other and exchange ideas. This helps to develop public communication skills as well as the ability to give and receive feedback in a creative, free and new context.
TEAM BELONGING
The works created by the group promote a sense of pride and belonging. When the workshop is completed, the masterpiece is fired, glazed and returned. If it is installed in a common space, such as a meeting room, the work becomes a concrete example of what can be achieved with good teamwork, something we can be proud of.

LOOKING FOR A NEW, RELAXED AND CREATIVE EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR TEAM?
The fellowship consists of three parts. The first part is aimed at empowering the participants, the second part at connecting the participants in the third part of the group work. It is suitable for a group of 5 to 15 participants. The meeting lasts approximately 2 hours in the Aleya design studio in Radomlje. If the weather is suitable, it can also be performed outside, or by agreement, also at your location.
