The stand is made of white clay and coated with white gloss glaze. You can use it as a stand for cake, cookies, fruit, cupcakes, it can serve as a stand for flower decoration on the table, maybe for candles. It is also beautiful as a decoration in your home and definitely a wonderful gift.
It is baked above 1200°C and is a guarantee of quality and strength.

HOW IS CERAMICS MADE?
Each piece is hand-crafted and carefully crafted, the uniqueness and range of colored glazes offer an abundance of results also in terms of shades and surface details. This means that each piece is completely unique. No product will ever be exactly the same as another. Throughout the entire creation process, each product passes through my hands several times, giving it the energy of love and warmth that only a handmade piece has. Energy that you can feel and that creates a special and unique experience when using it.
WHAT IS STONEWARE?
Stoneware is a type of ceramics. It is made of special clay that can be fired at temperatures above 1200°C. As an example - traditional Slovenian red clay ceramics are fired at 1050°C, and porcelain at 1300°C. High-temperature stoneware has special properties - it is resistant to mechanical and chemical influences, has low porosity and hardly absorbs water. Such products are solid, resistant to crumbling, and more compact to the touch.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
It takes about three weeks to go from wet clay to a usable product. During creation, the product goes through several stages of production, and to this we must add the time required for drying, firing and cooling. The process is time-consuming, but it creates durable products that last forever when used properly.

WHO DELIVERS THE SHIPMENTS?
Delivery is available worldwide via Pošta Slovenije. For fast shipping, we also use DHL Express at your request, for which an additional fee is required.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your items will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days of order completion unless otherwise notified.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping times vary depending on your country. If you order from Slovenia, it usually takes 2 working days from the time the package is sent to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within Europe, it takes approximately 3-5 working days for your order to arrive, and 1-4 weeks for the rest of the world.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs depend on your location and package weight. When you add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on these two variables.
CAN I RETURN THE SHIPMENT I RECEIVED?
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you can return the received order without justification and additional costs.If you don't like the products you ordered and received, you can send them back to me. The products are made by hand. I try to match the photo in the online store as closely as possible to the product, but certain differences are still possible. If you think that the product deviates too much from your expectations, you can let me know and return it within fourteen days. I will refund your purchase.

Yes! If you are nearby, you can place your order online and pick it up yourself at Aleya design studio, Cesta borcev 7,1235 Radomlje. You can also make the purchase right in the studio after prior notice.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT TO DO?
I'm so sorry to hear that! Please email me at info@aleya-design.com and tell me all about it. The more details you give me, the better. Please take a photo of the damaged item and attach it to your email. If the box that your item is in is also damaged, please take a photo of it as well and send it to me. Please remember to include your order number. Once I receive your email address, I will submit all your documentation to the post office. After the compensation has been resolved, I will either refund your money (excluding postage) or send you a new product.
You do not need to send the item back.
CAN I WASH CERAMIC IN THE DISHWASHER?
Ceramics can be washed in the dishwasher. Even long-term machine washing will not affect the color, surface or usability of the product.
CAN I USE THE PRODUCTS IN THE OVEN?
You can. Since all products are made of high-temperature clay, they can be used for baking and heating in a regular or microwave oven without special preparation. You can use them as a baking tray or a base for baking. I only recommend using it in a bread oven, where uneven temperature distribution can cause damage.
ARE GLAZES HARMFUL TO HEALTH?
All paints and glazes are suitable for contact with food, as evidenced by the corresponding technical or safety data sheets and appropriate testing. Glazes are harmful to health in their raw, dusty state. After firing, these substances are inseparably bound in the glass-like surface of the glaze, which is not sensitive to aging, acids, bases and even heat up to 700°C.
