The plates are made of gray/brown clay covered with a white matte, green, milky glaze. You can use them as a coaster for a cup, a plate for cookies, and on it you can serve a beautiful breakfast or a delicious piece of cake.

They are baked above 1200°C, thus guaranteeing quality and strength. They are suitable for use in microwave ovens, ovens and can be washed in the dishwasher.

HOW IS CERAMICS MADE?
Each piece is hand-crafted and carefully crafted, the uniqueness and range of colored glazes offer a wealth of results in terms of shades and surface details as well. This means that each piece is completely unique. No product will ever be exactly the same as another. Throughout the entire creation process, each product passes through my hands several times, giving it the energy of love and warmth that only a handmade piece has. Energy that you can feel and that creates a special and unique experience when using it.
WHAT IS STONEWARE?
Stoneware is a type of ceramics. It is made of special clay that can be fired at temperatures above 1200°C. As an example - traditional Slovenian red clay ceramics are fired at 1050°C, and porcelain at 1300°C. High-temperature stoneware has special properties - it is resistant to mechanical and chemical influences, has low porosity and hardly absorbs water. Such products are solid, resistant to crumbling, and more compact to the touch.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
It takes about three weeks to go from wet clay to a usable product. During creation, the product goes through several stages of production, and to this we must add the time required for drying, firing and cooling. The process is time-consuming, but it creates durable products that last forever when used properly.

Delivery is available worldwide via Pošta Slovenije. For fast shipping, we also use DHL Express at your request, for which an additional fee is required.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your items will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days of order completion unless otherwise notified.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping times vary depending on your country. If you order from Slovenia, it usually takes 2 working days from the time the package is sent to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within Europe, it takes approximately 3-5 working days for your order to arrive, and 1-4 weeks for the rest of the world.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs depend on your location and package weight. When you add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on these two variables.
CAN I RETURN THE SHIPMENT I RECEIVED?
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you can return the received order without justification and additional costs.If you don't like the products you ordered and received, you can send them back to me. The products are made by hand. I try to match the photo in the online store as closely as possible to the product, but certain differences are still possible. Yes! If you are nearby, you can place your order online and pick it up yourself at Aleya design studio, Cesta borcev 7,1235 Radomlje. You can also make the purchase right in the studio after prior notice.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT TO DO?
I'm so sorry to hear that! Please email me at info@aleya-design.com and tell me all about it. The more details you give me, the better. Please take a photo of the damaged item and attach it to your email. If the box that your item is in is also damaged, please take a photo of it as well and send it to me. Please remember to include your order number. Once I receive your email address, I will submit all your documentation to the post office. After the compensation has been resolved, I will either refund your money (excluding postage) or send you a new product.
You do not need to send the item back.
ALI LAHKO PEREM KERAMIKO V POMIVALNEM STROJU?
Keramiko lahko perete v pomivalnem stroju. Tudi dolgoletno strojno pomivanje ne bo vplivalo na barvo, površino ali uporabnost izdelka.
ALI LAHKO IZDELKE UPORABLJAM V PEČICI?
Lahko. Ker so vsi izdelki izdelani iz visokotemperaturne gline, jih lahko brez posebnih priprav uporabljate za peko in pogrevanje v navadni ali mikrovalovni pečici. Lahko jih uporabite kot pekač ali podlago za pečenje. Odsvetujem zgolj uporabo v krušni peči, kjer lahko zaradi neenakomerne razporeditve temperature pride do poškodb.
ALI SO GLAZURE ŠKODLJIVE ZDRAVJU?
Vse barve in glazure so primerne za stik z živili, kar dokazujejo pripadajoči tehnični oziroma varnostni listi ter ustrezna testiranja. Glazure so zdravju škodljive v surovem, prašnem stanju. Po žganju se te snovi neločljivo vežejo v steklu podobno površino glazure, ki ni občutljiva na staranje, na kisline, na baze in celo vročino vse do 700°C.
